SHIPMENT

We ship worldwide with DHL Express, Ghana Post or long-term shipment freight.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and the link so you can track your parcel.

PAYMENT

AKETEKETE uses Stripe for payment, an easy and secure method of online payment that accepts all major credit and debit cards and also Apple Pay. You are NOT required to have a Stripe account for this transaction although if you already have it you may use it.

For orders originating from Africa must be paid using MoneyGram or worldremit.com which will require contacting us before you make the purchase.

All prince on this website include VAT but not shipping costs, which will be added to the total payable amount as described in our Shipping System Guide.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS & REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

All orders are subject to the availability of products. If difficulties arise in respect of the supply of products, or if any particular product is not in stock, we reserve the right to inform you about the substitute products with the same or higher quality, which you will be able to order. If you do not want any of these substitutes, we will refund any prepaid amount.
